Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of positives and drawbacks. While the room lacked air conditioning or a fan, it did have a charming fireplace and leather furniture. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service and pleasant housekeeping. The location was a highlight, being nestled right in the center of Grantown on Spey despite its small size. The dining experience, although a bit frugal with portions, was cozy and intimate. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was decent but had some noise issues with the A/C unit. The location was convenient for me, but it might not suit everyone. On the bright side, the dining options were exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful.
The hotel's rooms were warm, clean, and offered excellent value for money. While slightly pricey for the overall standard, the residents lounge provided a cozy atmosphere. The building and windows being older didn't hinder the overall positive experience.
